Nasal Tip Aesthetics

WHAT IS NASAL TIP AESTHETICS?

Nasal tip aesthetics is a type of surgery that is performed to correct problems only at the nasal tip without altering and breaking bone structures. Some changes are made in patients with normal bone structure, no postnasal arch or curvature:

  • Nasal Tip Narrowing
  • Nasal Tip Lift
  • Changing Nasal Tip Angle
  • Bringing the nasal tip to front (projection increase)
  • Correction of deformities in nose holes
  • Reduction of the thickness of the nose wings
  • Correction of nasal problems in patients who have had previous nose surgery
  • Correction of Septum Curvatures

HOW IS NASAL TIP AESTHETICS PERFORMED?
Depending on the type of problem at the nasal tip, the nose can be shaped using various cartilage joints (grafts) or stitches. Excessive tissues are retained more compared to the past and are used to strengthen other areas. This region can also be reached by incisions made in the nasal tip (open technique) or intranasally (closed technique).

WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER NASAL TIP AESTHETICS SURGERY?
Nasal tip aesthetics shows a more rapid and easier healing process in a patient than a complete nasal aesthetic surgery. Less bleeding, swelling and bruising may occur, because the bones are not broken. The retention period of plaster or plastic mold at the back of nose becomes shorter. You can return to work faster. The risks associated with bone fracture are eliminated. After the procedure, the tampon is often not used and even plastic mold may not be used in most cases
